The Accommodation Application Form for the 5th European Taekwon-Do Cup in Bulgaria is already available! Do not miss the deadline for promotional accommodation – 4th February!
Please, first of all visit the online registration and apply for a login: http://eurocup2013.pztkd.lublin.pl/registration.php. You must enter the competitors and umpires by 4th February.

Accommodation Applications as well as the payment documents must be sent to the Organizing Committee to the email address: eurocup2013@taekwondo.bg
According to the general information if you make a hotel booking by the 4th February and pay 50% of the accommodation fee till the first deadline you will receive 10% discount of the total accommodation cost. Please note that before the payment of first amount you will need to send a filled accommodation form for approval by the Organizing Committee to the following e-mail: eurocup2013@taekwondo.bg. As soon as possible you shall receive back a draft invoice for confirmation of the amount.
The 2nd deadline is 22nd February. By this date you must reserve your accommodation. You will either have to pay the remaining 50% at the discounted or 100% of the hotel fees at no discount. Changes in names or other data, without change of total number of the delegates, will not cause any penalty fee.
